Using data when travelling (our simple roaming rules)
We want to make sure you never get hit with a surprise bill. We have simple, built-in controls for pay-per-use roaming data when you're traveling outside of Canada:
- We’ll tell you when you hit $25: If your account reaches or exceeds $25 in pay-per-use roaming data charges, we’ll send a notification right away.
- We block you at $100: When roaming data charges across all devices reach $100, we automatically block the data.
- This prevents any unexpected charges. You can unblock it anytime if you need more.
